The Brzeżno Biogas Plant is a modern project that combines agriculture, technology and environmental responsibility into one integrated system.
Our operations are based on biomass and a circular economy model, transforming agricultural resources into stable, renewable energy. Our work supports local producers, reduces emissions and strengthens the region’s energy security. We focus on efficiency, continuous development and long-term partnerships built on trust.
We believe that bioenergy is not only an environmentally responsible solution, but also a practical direction for modern energy transformation.
We connect agricultural production with biomass processing to generate energy. Raw materials, technology and digestate management form one coherent system.
The installation operates in continuous mode, and the second fermentation stage increases gas yield efficiency. This allows us to maximise the energy potential of biomass.
Biomass is converted into energy, while digestate returns to the soil as a valuable fertiliser. This reduces waste and strengthens the local production ecosystem.
Bioenergy is a sector that requires stability, advanced technology and responsible resource management. We combine a proven operational model with real experience in working with biomass and agriculture.
Our operations are based on continuous production and efficient processes, which translates into predictable and reliable cooperation. If you are looking for a partner who thinks long-term and operates with a clear, practical approach — you are in the right place.
Continuous production ensures predictable and secure energy generation.
We provide regular substrate collection and transparent cooperation terms that allow farmers to plan their production.
Bioenergy is a stable and growing sector. Our operational model allows further optimisation and scaling of the project.
Our biogas combined heat and power plant in Brzeżno operates in a two-stage system based on a wet fermentation flow process. The process runs continuously, ensuring stable production and optimal use of biomass.
The main fermenter, with a diameter of 28 metres, is supplied with both solid substrate — fed through a dosing unit with a screw feeder — and liquid substrate delivered through a pipe system with a central pump.
After the first fermentation stage, the material moves to the second-stage chamber, where the process is completed. The remaining digestate is then transferred to a closed post-fermentation chamber secured with a membrane, where additional fermentation takes place.
This stage increases gas yield by up to approximately 10%, allowing the system to maximise the energy potential of the raw material and improve the efficiency of the entire installation.
Our operations are based on combining agriculture with modern bioenergy production. We operate using our own agricultural resources as well as local biomass sources, developing a system that connects farming with renewable energy production.
Stable technology, a real circular economy model and a long-term approach to cooperation form the foundation of our operations.
